it's impossible to always keep the end in mind, much less stick to the gameplan, so i'm just gonna put this down here to remind me when i forget. which is really rational really, seeing how abysmal my memory is. ok -
ENDGOAL.

along with the gameplan there's also the mini-subplan to remember that i don't need to seek approval or dare i say it, affirmation, from everyone.. anyone? haha i am so full of myself.
and it's on the acareak blog but i'm gonna put it out here too: i'm gonna start a collegiate a cappella helpline thing. it'll be a one stop centre for group founding-forming, genre exposure, performance experience, improv-prac, body awareness.. and that's all i can throw out at the moment. it's not like i just realised it or anything, but it's hard to find and
have a group of ppl to sing with, or that want to dabble in a cappella. not everyone has a bunch of friends to try out new stuff, or meet others cut from the same whatever, and have experience the pure joy of hearing your voice mesh and intertwine with others. and this web"help" thing is for those that just need a little help and reaffirming to jumpstart an amazing experience that'll change the way they think of music, making it and them-self.
it's all in the spirit of competition, and not the kind that's show-offy or to prove that they're betta than others. it should be inspiration to improve and better the group sound so that in the end, all you get are really good groups. sometimes i feel the good name of a cappella is going down the drain at home, so it'll be up to those that wanna break from the norm and make an effort to change this.
so - if there's anyone who's interested in collegiate-style a cappella and then some, feel free to drop me an email and/or pass the message along. you can ask me if you have any interest at all in what i have to sell or any queries abt how it's gonna work, what's gonna happen.
